"This is a lovely cottage with many amenities tucked in along Penns Creek. The drive there is worth the trip with all the country settings and vistas. My favorite part is the screened in porch above the creek. We have stayed here before and will be going back again in the future. "

"We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. "

"Very clean place. Very relaxing and homey. Loved the front porch. Firepit by the creek was so enjoyable.The complimentary bottle of wine was a great addition!The charcoal grill was a great bonus for us!Definitely will return!"

"What a great location! Right along the bike trail..right beside the Waterville hotel. The view of the little pine.. could not be beat! I do think it would be helpful to have a mirror in the bedrooms.. maybe a few hooks to hang up clothes. The one bedroom has bunks over head with drawer underneath but for adults it’s little cumbersome to get underneath. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room with the view is really the best part of this cabin. the fire pit area looked great. We...

"The listing pictures tell the story. The home is clean and comfortable, decorated and furnished in a fun way, and provides all you need for a relaxing riverside retreat or an adventurous vacation. This property also serves as a convenient hideaway for Bucknell University events. Of all the rental properties we've stayed at over the years, this was one of our favorites. Easy self check-in and great communication from the host. "

"We spent two nights to enjoy a full day in the state forests. The cabin was very clean. It's exactly as pictured. A small space with a couple beds and a table. The showers are a 2-3 minute walk from the cabin, or a shorter drive. The check-in/check-out process was very easy."

"We absolutely loved our stay and will be returning! The house is beautiful, very clean, with plenty of space! The deck is a perfect place to relax. "We came from Illinois for the LLWS, we have been coming for years and this stay has been one of our favorite places. The pool and hot tub were a big hit for our kiddos. The fire pit was great for the adults. Cory responded quickly to our request for firewood. I would highly recommend this place, private but not too far off the beaten path."
