"This hotel is GORGEOUS! We stayed on the 3rd floor and lived our room. Very spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and decorated beautifully. The history of that building made it even more awesome. The bed, towels and linens were very nice and the room came with a blow dryer and steamer to iron clothes. "Everything went smoothly, check in was quick, staff were friendly and wanted to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Room was spotlessly clean and huge. Would definitely stay here again."

"Room was dirty, door handle and lock were broken. Bed linens visibly dirty. Bathroom shower drain was broken pink slime in the shower. Toilet was disgusting not cleaned properly. One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. "What a beautifully restored Victorian (?) mansion! We spent 2 nights while visiting Bethlehem for our grandson’s Army commissioning at Lehigh University ‘s ROTC department. Our room, #12 was beautifully furnished with antiques and had a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable.with ample pillows. We look forward to staying there again next time we visit Bethlehem."

"Blood stain on my pillow, dirty foam in the hot tub and the exercise room smelled like sweat. The breakfast attendant was great and they did apply a discount due to the stained pillow. The bed was comfortable and convient location"

"Bathroom was a disaster! Bathtub literally had a 1/4 pound of dirt in the tub! I took pictures! A small towel and soap was placed on rim of tub! So whoever made up bathroom had to see it! After someone came into bathroom to clean it.. he used two used towels and a bottle of some cleaner to get rid of the dirt! I had to run shower to get rid of whatever chemicals in the cleaner .. and the drain was clogged enough to have 3 inches of water in it as I was showering! Lastly .. not one person...
