"I strongly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean. The room was excellent. The beds comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with necessary kitchen items. Pots and pans looked new, no scratches or nicks. Towels clean, soft and plentiful. I can't think of anything to complain about. Staff was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. "I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone."
