"This beautiful property is great for a quiet getaway from the city or a more relaxed outdoor trip. We had a grill we could use as well as a full kitchen and dishwasher. Bed felt a little small so I'd definitely get a king next time and I definitely saw hot tubs as well. There were plenty of chairs outside to sit back and have coffee or a beer and just listen to the water. "

"Wonderful property in beautiful private setting. Close to the park and a short drive to Estes Park, this property was very conveniently located. Had a few small issues upon arrival, but property manager took care of them immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this property again on a future trip to Estes Park. "

"We loved the location - close to everything and we could access RMNP all four days without having to fight the downtown Estes traffic. The cabin had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was well outfitted, the bathroom had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and the deck was perfect for wildlife watching. Would definitely recommend. "

"Janet's property was clean, cozy, and incredibly located! We were a quick walk to downtown and a 5 minute drive to the North Inlet trailhead to Cascade Falls. We had everything we needed including extra games, books, and movies. Janet was so easy to communicate with, check-in and check-out was a breeze, and we could not have had a better stay! "
