I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."

"The breakfast attendant was not very friendly. She just put out the food…no smile, grumpy looking, maybe just having a rough morning. The shower pressure was not the best this morning or yesterday. All in all, as much as we patronize this property due to visiting family in the area, we may look for another hotel to lodge. It just did not give us the satisfaction that we are used to, unfortunately."

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The staff was completely unhelpful whenever issues were brought to their attention, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival, there was even moldy food left inside the microwave. The bed sheets were stained and clearly not properly cleaned, which made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. On top of that, the carpet was ripped and worn out, and even the peephole on the door was broken, which...

Not the hotels fault on this but.. Had a disturbance that had 3 cop cars show up in the parking lot to calm down a irrate woman."
