Located in a former farmhouse (which also houses a second vacation rental), this vacation rental can accommodate up to 8 people. The owners have preserved the character and charm of this historic farmhouse (exposed beams, stone walls, etc.) to create a home with a cozy, chic country style. Just 10 minutes from Sézanne, 40 km from Épernay, 50 km from Châlons-en-Champagne, and 68 km from Reims. The entrance opens into a foyer that doubles as a relaxation area. The fully integrated and equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area. From the kitchen, French doors lead to the garden and the back patio. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and a working fireplace; the owners will provide you with firewood. A first bathroom and a separate toilet are located on the first floor. First floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160), and 1 bedroom with two single beds (90). One double bedroom (160 x 200 bed) (2 mattresses measuring 90 x 200).
