Holiday Home 'Gîte Le Moutat-L'Etable' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Close to the mysterious forest of La Double and the Etang de la Jemaye, our restored stone barn faces an orchard and lush, green, peaceful countryside. Beautiful listed sites nearby include Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, Brantôme, Bourdeilles and Périgueux, classified as a "town of art and history". The owners of the gîtes have an equipped island (to be shared with the other gîtes) located 500m from the house, where you can enjoy a picnic on the banks of the Dronne. On site, the ping pong table, table football, petanque pitch and other games, as well as the jacuzzi, will help to make your stay a pleasant one.



Detached house in an old farmhouse. On the raised ground floor, you will find a large living/dining room opening onto the kitchen, which is equipped with a microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms: the first with 1 x 160cm bed and the 2nd with a 90x190cm and 140x190cm bed. Please note that bed linen and towels are included. Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC. In front of the gîte, you can have lunch outside in the garden furniture and enjoy the enclosed garden. Electric heating, Godin stove, garage.
