"Beautiful facility. Stayed overnight while traveling through. No intention of gambling, but really needed to have dinner. There was a line to get into the cafe but lots of empty tables. Tried room service several times but they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. None of the staff I spoke to knew of a problem or had a helpful solution. Finally spotted some prepackaged cut fruit and a sandwich at the Starbucks counter. These were delicious and averted a crisis for my elderly mother and me. Beautiful...

"There was a couple of people directly above our room that decided to have a fight in their room just before midnight. We were both waken by this disturbance. It settled down quickly, so we figured someone called it in. Not sure if we will stay here again."

Visible mould on bathroom shower tile grout. Damaged and scraped paint on doors. Trip hazard on carpet to tile transition, in bathroom. Would not have stayed here if we had been told on the site that there was a renovation underway. I assume they were hiding the fact."
