"Room was clean and spacious. Dinner in the restaurant was decent and affordable. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, except Christmas music playing in the hallway in the morning (mid-January). Breakfast was good, even though we arrived just before it ended. Stepped out of the hotel into departures. Excellent value for an airport hotel. "

"Prime Plaza Kualanamu is a very good hotel to stay when travelling early morning due to it's proximity to the airport and its good installation (building) and good price. But unfortunately the checkin was confused and checkout at 6 am when many guests are going to the airport at the same time can result in delay while our room was being checked and taxi confusion. Breakfast was good at 6am with many choices though no service. No hair dryer in room. "

"1泊約二千円で泊まれて（税とサービス料込み）、部屋も綺麗で、朝食バイキングも無料だったし、近くにはスーパーもデパートも食べる店もいくらでもあり、有名なモスクや王宮も歩いてすぐなので、とても良いホテルだと思います。フロントのスタッフには英語も通じます。 僕が唯一不満だったのは、室内でWiFiが超不安定だったことくらいです。ロビーでは良好でした。部屋のWiFiさえ改善すれば、あの料金で文句を言う客はいないと思います（文句があるならもっと高い宿に泊まれということです）。"

Bakery personnel very attentive and friendly, specially Marthin, who took his staff to bring the beautifully decorated cake we bought to celebrate our friend's birthday as they sang Happy Birthday as we had dinner at Jade Restaurant. The food was so good that we had lunch meeting and birthday dinner on the same day, special discount for...
