It features 6 bedrooms, with 4 having double beds and 2 with single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 full bathrooms, an external toilet next to the pool, independent kitchen and a spacious dining room, this accommodation is equipped with all the details to ensure an unforgettable stay.



The villa stands out for its commitment to sustainability: it has photovoltaic and thermal solar installations to eliminate CO2 emissions and a free charging point for electric or hybrid cars, ideal for eco-conscious travellers.



In the exterior, you will find a spectacular terrace of 80m2 prepared for winter and with panoramic views, perfect for relaxing under the sun or for winter days and thus enjoying the tranquillity of the surroundings. The heated private pool, with a temperature between 28ºC and 30ºC, is available from October to April, at no additional cost, so you can swim at any time of the year. In addition, the children's area enabled in the outdoors allows the little ones to have fun while adults rest or enjoy themselves.
