One of its great attractions is its magnificent exterior, designed to make the most of good weather. The property boasts 130 m² of terrace, garden, outdoor furniture, fenced plot, private heated swimming pool, as well as a complete barbecue area with covered outdoor kitchen and in one part of the terrace, you'll find table football, darts and poker table, ideal for sharing good times with family or friends. Additionally, the exterior has basketball hoop, football goals and volleyball net, providing even more outdoor leisure options. The swimming pool, for its part, also offers an indoor area for placing sun loungers and a pleasant bubble bench area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay with added comfort. 🎯⚽🏀🏐



The villa has 6 bedrooms, each with its own fan and air conditioning as well as television, and offers a very comfortable layout for large groups. It also has 4 bathrooms with shower, distributed between the main floor, the attic and the outdoor pool area, which greatly facilitates the stay when several people are travelling. 🛏️🚿



The heated swimming pool is maintained at 28 ºC during the low season, from 1 October to 30 April. This service has a daily supplement and must be booked for the entire stay.



Inside you will find everything you need for comfortable holidays at any time of year: air conditioning throughout the house, including the attic, heat pump heating, Starlink wifi, pellet fireplace and up to 10 televisions distributed between the living room, bedrooms and attic. The property also offers a pleasant children's area in the attic and a small gym, providing even more comfort and entertainment during your stay. 📺🏋️‍♂️



The main American kitchen, modern and fully equipped, features an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Additionally, the villa has a second covered outdoor kitchen, perfect for making the most of outdoor living. There are also two washer-dryers, one inside and another in the outdoor kitchen, which is especially practical for long stays or large groups. 🍽️☕

Just a few minutes away you will find Alhaurín el Grande, Cártama, Coín, golf courses such as Alhaurín Golf and Lauro Golf, supermarkets and a hospital. Furthermore, in less than half an hour you can reach Málaga, Fuengirola, Torremolinos or their beaches, which makes this villa a very attractive option for those who wish to combine rest, leisure and getaways throughout the province. 🚗🌊
