This 110 m² house has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a rural retreat with all modern amenities.

Upon arrival, you will find easy access and parking within the fenced plot, which guarantees comfort and safety for your vehicle. The house is surrounded by impressive views that invite you to relax and disconnect from daily stress. Its location is strategic: just 10 minutes by car from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande and very well connected with the Costa del Sol. In less than an hour you can enjoy the beaches of Marbella, Fuengirola or Málaga, as well as the cultural and leisure offer of the Malaga capital



The private swimming pool, with an elongated shape, is the perfect space to cool off while contemplating the landscape. In addition, the outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture and a 40 m² terrace that invites you to have lunch, read or simply relax outdoors. For barbecue lovers, there is also a grill available to make delicious meals in the fresh air



The interior combines a modern style with a charming rustic touch thanks to its high ceilings with wooden beams. The living room and American kitchen share a spacious and bright space, with a large dining table for family gatherings. The layout of the house is functional: the main bedroom includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, while the second bedroom has three single beds, ideal for children or friends. Additionally, there is an additional bathroom with a bathtub for greater comfort



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, along with all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite meals
