Casa María Los Javieles invites you to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside just 4 km from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande. This spacious and comfortable house is ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people without supplement, with option for more guests at an additional cost. Its fantastic fenced swimming pool will allow you to make the most of the sunny hours, while children enjoy safely in the children's area equipped with swings and toys.



Upon arrival, you will be surprised by its facade with arches and a spacious porch with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing while having a coffee or reading a book Additionally, you have a large, secure parking space for your vehicles.



The interior offers a bright living-dining room with Smart TV and WIFI connection so you don't miss your favourite series or movies The kitchen, spacious and fully equipped, includes gas hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and complete kitchenware, with mountain views that will make your meals even more special



The rooms are spacious and comfortable, all with exterior windows and air conditioning with heat pump for your comfort. One of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there is an additional toilet next to the living room.



From the dining room, you can directly access the porch with outdoor furniture and the swimming pool. Here you can enjoy your lunches while watching the children in the pool, which also has a bathroom with a shower tray



The house is located in a rural and peaceful area, ideal for children, with an access road in perfect condition that facilitates your arrival.



FOR 6 PEOPLE THERE IS NO SUPPLEMENT, ACCOMMODATION FROM THE 7TH PERSON WILL HAVE A SUPPLEMENT.

THE ACCOMMODATION REQUIRES WEEKLY MAINTENANCE. THE TRAVELLER WILL BE NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE.



Although the urban photos correspond to the centre or peri-urban areas of Alhaurín el Grande and not to the direct surroundings of the house, these are a short distance by car, facilitating access to services and leisure.



The location is strategic: 28 km from Álamos Beach, 10 km from Lauro Golf course, 26 km from Málaga Costa del Sol airport, and very close to supermarkets and various businesses. You can also visit amusement and natural parks within a radius of 40 to 90 km



As we also do in all other properties of our CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES brand, all our accommodations have towel and bed linen sets. We have cots and high chairs upon request for babies from 0 to 2 years old. And all of this, absolutely FREE.



Likewise, guests of CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES can enjoy EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT upon request, provided that the booking calendar and scheduled cleanings allow it.
