Its exterior is one of its great attractions: a spacious and well-maintained landscaped area, private swimming pool of 120 m² with bridge and integrated jacuzzi, porch with gazebo, terrace, summer kitchen, gas barbecue and different corners designed for relaxation, sharing and enjoying good weather with complete privacy. 🏊‍♂️🌴✨



Furthermore, the villa stands out for its complete leisure and outdoor sports facilities. On the plot you will find beach volleyball court with sand, football goals, basketball hoop and a fitness area with treadmill, elliptical and weights. Here you will enjoy a pool table, air hockey, table football, basketball machine, darts and board games, ideal for both adults and children to have fun without leaving the house. 🎱🎯🎮

🔹 Mandatory deposit before check-in (refundable 48 hours after inspection).

🔹 Pets welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking are admitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the booking. 🐾

🔹 Parties and noise are not permitted during rest hours.

🔹 It is recommended to arrange travel insurance in case of possible water restrictions decreed by the authorities.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Arrivals from 21:00 onwards incur an additional cost that must be paid at check-in.
