Located on the first line of golf, within a beautiful residential complex, the apartment is just a few steps from the course, restaurant and club café. It is a very attractive place for both golf enthusiasts and those wishing to rest in a well-maintained environment, with easy access to Alhaurín el Grande, Alhaurín de la Torre, Málaga, beaches, natural parks and golf courses in the area. ⛳🌄



The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with double beds, as well as a 1.35 m sofa bed in the living room, which allows comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people. The apartment features air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, television and a pleasant atmosphere all year round.



The independent, modern and well-equipped kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and blender, as well as all the necessary kitchenware for a comfortable stay. It also has a washing machine, dryer and safe. 🍳☕



One of its strong points are its two private terraces, perfect for relaxing outdoors, having a leisurely breakfast or enjoying the residential surroundings. One of them has views of the car park area and the other overlooks the padel court.



The urbanisation has a community swimming pool, located just behind the building, and a community padel court, available at an additional cost and with direct booking at the club house. Furthermore, within the complex you will also find a social club and a bowls green area, which adds value to the experience. 🏊‍♂️🎾



The swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary according to season or internal decisions.



Access to the apartment is gained by climbing a few steps from the lift, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It has outdoor parking on the street, with no assigned space.
