The duplex is very comfortable and accessible via a flight of stairs. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room, fully equipped American kitchen and access to two terraces, perfect for enjoying the outdoors and views. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, so you can prepare your meals with comfort. There is also a toilet with washing machine for greater practicality.



On the upper floor are located the two bedrooms, each with a private terrace and en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, shower tray and bathtub, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with a shower tray. The terraces offer views of the golf course and the mountain, creating a relaxing and natural environment.
