"Ranch at Royal Oak is a great house with a spectacular host. The communication was stellar. The house is in excellent condition with everything you need right at the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end towels, linens, utensils, glasses, knives, bowls, plates, etc. The kids and adults loved the pool and fishing on the dock. Access to St. Michael's is very easy. We will be back!"

"We had a fabulous time at this home! What a perfect place to end summer! We had a great time reading on the dock, watching the sunset and the birds - including bald eagles! There are also lots of ways to enjoy the outside - firepit, grill, kayaks, crab traps, etc. And the beds are super comfy and the kitchen well outfitted for cooking delicious food. Truly a gem!"

"Fantastic location, clean, beautiful flat and convenient parking. We loved the ease of walking our dog to the park and in the neighborhoods. Jennifer was very quick to answer any questions we had and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful experience. The property was right on the bay with spectacular views and sunsets. The house itself was wonderful. It was comfortable and beautifully appointed with high quality furnishings and antiques.The kitchen had everything needed. AC and overhead fans provided excellent comfort. Kayaks and a canoe were great for cruising on the bay. They also had bikes available (we brought our own). Biking is a pleasure on the rural and flat terrain of the Eastern shore. Lastly (but not least)...

Property is massive & well maintained; golf cart & bikes made it very easy get around. The dock offers opportunities for boating, crabing, & fishing. Kayaks & canoe were great for exploring surrounding waters. We already booked our return trip!Only suggestions: mattress pads for the non master bedroom (guests noted the hard mattresses). "I only had a slightly wider view of the water from a kayak- the panoramic view from the deck was peaceful and beautiful from first light to sunset (though the night coasts were relaxing as well). Inside was clean and had nice decorative touches. We had all we needed to cook in when we did. Easy to walk or ride around and an easy drive to surrounding attractions.We'll be back!"

We enjoyed time on the Kayaks and on the back patio during morning and sunset, saw a few cool birds! "The room was adorable, comfortable, very clean, and walking distance to everything! The only thing that we wish we had known in advance, was how tight the parking was at the property. We brought a king cab pick up with a full bed and it was extremely tight. Had we known, we would have driven a smaller car. I am saying that to make others aware, but it does not take away from an excellent experience. We would not hesitate to book here again!"
