Nestled in a beautiful two-hectare park, Villa Sporting is a large villa for exclusive and independent use, a short distance from Alghero and its many stores, restaurants and beaches, the Villa is a peaceful retreat perfect for a relaxing vacation under the Sardinian sun and close to the most beautiful beaches of North Sardinia and Alghero.

With an independent swimming pool for exclusive use, Villa Sporting is distinguished by the presence of a tennis court (with night lighting) of the natural grass calcia field, the presence of a gym, a bocce court, and a ping pong table and table soccer. Rackets are included in the villa's amenities.

The villa has a large wooded and shady area underneath incredibly beautiful ancient oaks, where spending time in the cooler reading books will be a memory you will carry in your heart when you return from your vacation. The villa's gardens are a sight to behold, with verdant lawns, towering pines and even a small farmyard with a few specimens of goats, donkeys, birdlife, ponies, peacocks etc.

The villa also has a play area for younger children.

Under the large and cozy veranda is a sumptuous barbecue to accommodate long lunches and dinners in the company of their pets as well.

The garden, with the splendid swimming pool shaded by pine trees, is equipped with gazebos and umbrellas and measures 12m X 6m - with depths ranging from 1.10m to 2.20m.

Bicycles are available and are rented upon request.

The beating heart of the living interior is the spacious living room with kitchen and living area featuring large sunny windows. The kitchen area is well equipped and opens onto a large traditional-style dining room with a long wooden table that can seat up to 12 people.

Villa Sporting can accommodate up to 10 people, arranged in the 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and 1 sofa bed in the large living room. Villa Sporting has 3 bathrooms with shower and bidet.

Reservations are confirmed for guests entered at the time of booking, any additional guests must be notified prior to arrival and authorized, a daily surcharge will be applied for each extra guest. Extra unreported guests will not be allowed to enter the villa. The crib supplement is €10 per day.

Pets are allowed, subject to prior notice at an additional daily cost.

Alghero and its beautiful beaches are only 7 km away.
