Our home we are proposing is within a Residence, all of our property, made up of six other independent units. It is set in a very quiet setting with access to the ground floor with 1 or 2 bedrooms (depending on the configuration you can modify), a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with a windowed shower and a large private patio. It is equipped with color TV, washing machine and everything you need in the kitchen. There is a barbecue area with wood burning stove, outdoor shower, enclosed garden and private parking. The price is per night for 4 people and includes the cost of energy, cleaning and taxes.
Owners living locally can thus provide immediate availability for every need. Only for guests are organized boat excursions, including sailing, snorkeling and diving courses at all levels according to PADI didactics.
From next season our guests can request lunch or dinner that will be served at the renovated barbecue-grill area, or more simply at their home.
