This wonderful town house offers a fantastic terrace where you find an amazing chlorine pool sizing 6 x 4 metres and a depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.80 metres. Everything around invites to relax and enjoy the good weather. The walls made of stone and wattle transform the place into a cosy and relaxing space. You will find 10 sun loungers to bask in the sun or relax under the parasol by a good reading, as well as a great porch furnished with sofas where you can enjoy a glass of wine before leaving to enjoy the night, although you can also prepare a delicious barbecue right here. The house is in the centre of the village and there are direct neighbours. This accommodation, recently restored, offers plenty of spaces along two floors of great style and surprising architectural quality. On the ground floor you have a beautiful living room, open to the dining area and kitchen, which is perfect to rest, chat all together or watch the satellite TV. You can also enjoy some music and have fun while cooking a delicious plate on the induction top. This great space offers air-conditioning and a wood stove for your major comfort. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There is a total of 5 bedrooms, all of them with air-conditioning and a closet. On the main floor there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed each. Upstairs there are the other two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; the last one has two twin beds. The nearest beach is in Can Pastilla about 22 km away, but you can also visit the paradisaical Cala Pi, Es Trenc or Cala s'Almonia, among many others in the area.
