"We had a lovely week away. The cottage was well situated for things we wanted to do. Paul across the road we met as we were leaving was very friendly and checked that everything with our stay was ok. He doesn’t have a car so parking on his drive worked really well (I was worry we would have to keep moving the car/get trapped in.) and we were able to get to our car whenever we needed it. Tescos is a 5 min walk and town is very close. There is a nice play park just across the road and Alfreton...

"A really lovely property - very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Great location in the Peak District with pubs in walking distance and short distance in a car to lots of activities and places of interest. Offroad parking for at least 2 cars.
The property is pet friendly with hard floors throughout the ground floor but the garden is small and not the most secure if your dog is large or an escape artist. Our shnauzer was very happy and there is a lovely open green directly in front of the...
