"We stayed here with our 13,11 and 2 yr old boys and everyone had the best time! The location of the tree house has complete privacy and is right on the River which was a huge added bonus. We are already talking about maybe coming back next year. Only “heads up” is the “kitchen” sink is more of a dribble so washing any dishes is a long process but… your in a treehouse "

"Our family loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. "The property was really cute. The stairs from the parking lot could use some work down near the house some of them are unstable and tippy. The large windows in the livingroom are beautiful and we enjoyed looking over the edge into the gorge and river area. The girls and I loved going down the spiral staircase and into the river area, such a sweet location. "

"If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!"

"Check-in process and communication was excellent from the start. We were able to start enjoying our stay immediately upon arrival. Communication during our stay and at the end was equally as positive. Quick and helpful information was always provided. The pictures of the cabin and immediate area do not do this cabin/surrounding area enough justice. It is beautiful, rustic, and warm. Fishing at the Big Pond was awesome. My family and I had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. "
