D’Waldz Villa Tagaytay

This lovely house is immaculately beautiful in & out. The style is modern contemporary in it's white & black interiors & matching lightning through out the house. It just got newly renovated with a total make over with all new appliances. This stylish home sits on a corner lot in the quiet compound of Scottsdale Classic Country Homes in Alfonso, Tagaytay between Breakfast at Antonio's & Twin Lakes along the main hwy of Tagaytay- Nasugbu Rd. It is a gated village with a clubhouse.

This house has complete amenities plus more. It has a smart big screen TV with WIFI. Guest can use the house phone make local phone calls if they want to order from fast foods. Kitchen is complete with an induction cooker, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, rice cooker, stainless pots & pans, plates & utensils. It has a big front patio with a "dirty kitchen" or a place to cook outdoors with electrical outlets. There's a nice balcony that opens to the 2 rooms upstairs. Two rooms has new a/c. Third room with fan. The bathrooms has hot & cold showers & bidet. Clean linen are provided with fresh towels.

I am always available any time. I will be checking on the guests from time to time for questions & support. Besides me, I also have a caretaker that is available at the premises when needed.

This area is close to top restaurants like Marcia Adams Restaurant, Sonya's Garden, Bag of Beans & Breakfast at Antonio's, Balay Dako & minutes to bulalohan restaurants like Verdiview Restaurant, Bulalo Point, etc. It is also near leisure places like Sky Ranch, People's Park, Tagaytay Picnic Grove, Twin Lakes & commercial centers. There is even a public market very close by however, Mahogany market is also with in minutes.

There are public transportations like bus, jeepneys, tricycles right outside the compound. It’s only a short walk to the guard house where the main road is. It is safe to walk around this neighborhood. It's gated & private.
