This luxurious, executive lake home sleeps 15 in 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds, 1 full-sized sleeper sofa and 1 crib. Its huge windows face the lake bringing the outside inside.

The main level features the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom suite, office, four-season porch, laundry room with two washers and dryers, two full bathrooms and a foyer powder room.

The open, curved stairway takes you to the second level which features a balcony overlooking the living room and a stunning view of Lake Latoka as well as 5 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Outside you’ll find large patios with outdoor furniture, a gas grill, a fire bowl, a sandy beach and the docks. A beautifully landscaped patio on one side of the point is ideally situated to watch small children on the sandy beach and easy access to a wonderful pontoon style paddle boat which seats 4.. The other side of the point features deeper water where you can fish from the docks or board the pontoon, which for 12 with a 60 hp Mercury motor, for a lake excursion. Gather your team and try shuffleboard, horseshoes, volleyball or basketball. (Pontoon available from Fishing Opener to or or near Oct 1st)

Lake Latoka offers a variety of water sports, beautiful sunrises, and the call of the Minnesota loon. The included 22 ft. pontoon allows you to enjoy the calm 776-acre lake with depths up to 108 feet that boasts Northerns, Crappies, Walleyes and Sunfish.

If a little rest and relaxation is your goal, sit on the benches watching the waterfowl and take in incredible sunrises from the 4-season porch or enjoy the early morning solitude watching the loons and gulls from the dock benches.

Lic #1853 - Overnight capacity is 12 people ages 6 and up with children 5 and under not included in the total. Not more than 12 additional daytime guests are permitted by Douglas County VRBO requirements. Owner may have additional requirements. Parking is limited to 8 cars with no street parking.
