The bed has too hard i had to go away for another Hotel and no refund. The hotel is inside a Shopping mall. Hotel is old and needs some upgrades too expensive for the overall conditions."

"Hello, my reservation was for August 5th-11th, but I arrived late, and that wasn't a problem. I was hesitant when I chose this hotel. But throughout my stay, I realized I made the right choice. The reception staff were very friendly and understanding, and they helped me with everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, and everything in the room was exactly as pictured. The room was cleaned daily, with new towels and toiletries daily, and a clean bed...
