"Super cute and comfy. Lots of attention to small details. "

"We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place."

"Everything was very clean and we appreciated the directions to both gates from the owner."

"The host provided everything but food and clothes. 10 minutes from grocery store and right on the lake. Fishing off the dock, kayaking, and swimming were our main attractions. The zipline adds to the fun. 35 mins from the trail to cedar falls. No complaints, had a wonderful time."

"The host was present, friendly but unobtrusive. The cottage is completely charming, the bed was the most comfortable we've had in several trips. The make your own breakfast charming and delicious, can't say enough about this location, loved it! "

"The most beautiful property in the area! The river, sunsets, peacefulness, tranquility, and spaciousness of the guest home was a dream. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The host, Robin, is professional and so very kind. This property is well maintained and beautiful. Loved watching the birds and barges going up and down the river. We will visit again here. Thank you Robin for sharing your guesthouse with others to enjoy the beauty of the Arkansas River. "

"Wonderful views of the lake from several rooms of the house. Back deck feels very private even though there are houses on both side. Beautiful drive into Hot Springs. Would definitely stay at this house again when in the Hot Springs area."

"We loved the house, decor and location. Although not used, the home provided plenty of toiletries and hygiene products for the guests to use. The location was perfect for our downtown convention. As noted in previous reviews, the house across the street looks like a junkyard. However, the occupants didn’t bother us, but is an eye soar. Also please note that the two twin beds in the sunroom are not separated. It’s actually a daybed that pulls out into a full size bed. So it’s like sharing a bed...

"My son and I made an overnight stop in the Hot Springs area on our way to TX. This cozy cabin was perfect for two, and I definitely think it's more of a romantic getaway, but it was lovely all the same. I loved how the cabin smelled of cedar and there was so much wildlife. The hot tub and waterfall were a relaxing touch "

"Of the 7 or 8 trips we’ve made to Hot Springs, this was the best. Great location for us. Very affordable. Loved everything about the place."

"Wonderful stay. House was cozy and comfortable. Donna was a excellent host and sweet Bear was a great greeter. We certainly will be back when we have another trip to Little Rock."

"House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time."

"Although we only stayed for one night it was everything we needed. The property has plenty of room we did appreciate the keurig! "

"4 guys stayed here for a 5 day golf trip. We all had our own bedroom, plus plenty of group gathering space. The house was clean and roomy. We really enjoyed it. "
