"The property is lovely, location for us was perfect just about 15 minutes outside of town. If you are lookong for the perfect couples get away this is your spot. Checkin was a breeze they send the gate code and door code just before check-in. Kitchen you just habe outside grill and stove top but we werent looking to cook."

"Our stay at this precious lake house was brief but memorable. It’s minutes away from Petit Jean State Park, which is where we spent our daytime hours hiking. The property was absolutely as advertised on VRBO. Jason, the property owner, was easily accessible, very friendly, and quick to respond when I sent him messages. "The Cabana was perfect for my wife and I for our 2 night visit to Hot Spring's Village. Clean and stocked with all necessities. Great instructions for entry, tv, and checking out, as well as Hot Springs Village information. Near several golf courses and hiking trails. "

"The house was great. It meet all our needs for a family vacation with three families. The beds were nice and comfortable. Our only recommendation would be a second refrigerator, maybe out in the garage and an air fryer. Overall this is great rental that will leave you not wanting for anything . "

"This house is adorable. No attention to detail was overlooked. Beautifully decorated, all linens, supplies, kitchen and bathroom amenities very well appointed and provided. This house is located in the middle of the popular area of The Heights with great restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"The photos of the house don't do it justice. The home is very spacious and allowed 16 of us room to spread out as well as congregate when needed for meals. We spent many hours in the water floating and swimming. Kitchen is well stocked and everything is labeled so easy to find what we were looking for. Bob was a wonderful host and made sure everything was just right."

"The most beautiful property in the area! The river, sunsets, peacefulness, tranquility, and spaciousness of the guest home was a dream. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The host, Robin, is professional and so very kind. This property is well maintained and beautiful. Loved watching the birds and barges going up and down the river. We will visit again here. Thank you Robin for sharing your guesthouse with others to enjoy the beauty of the Arkansas River. "

"The home was super clean and beautiful! The pictures didn’t do the house justice. We did have a mishap getting to the house. The directions lead us to the owners gate. The owners did give us enough information to call the gate to direct us to the correct gate. Any other issues we had the owners were able to handle it in a timely manner. Their communication was great throughout the whole stay. The village area had everything and we didn’t have to leave the area. "
