I had stayed Friday through Wednesday and I had asked twice in a row for our towels to be picked up not only that but I had asked two more times for more room towels because our room was not kept up with other than that service was OK."

"Very uneasy place to sleep. Ended up leaving at 2 am because there was a suspicious person lurking around my car and didn’t want to risk it getting broken into as we are moving and our whole life is in there. Also my towels were stained and dirty and the top lock latch was broken."

I also like that there was a Chinese restaurant next door, prices were reasonable. Also a Bar and grill restaurant across the street had a nice menu and reasonable priced. Quick Trip a block away as well. Nice area."

"First hotel I have ever stayed at that did not have a blow dryer in the room. No one was ever at the front desk to ask if one was available. There was medical tape to keep the curtain closed. The windows look if they have never been cleaned."

"We enjoyed our stay at bantr Grand Hotel Wausau. The property and room were clean, and the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious complimentary continental breakfast. My only feedback to the hotel is it the outside of the property needs better lighting, it was really dark in the parking lot. Also inside, a lot of light bulbs needed replacing in stair wells and hallways. Did not take away from...

The ceiling above the bathtub leaked whenever the room above us used water, creating a persistent drip. Inside the room, there was only a tiny trash can, and the drawers tended to stick.
