Chalet Hychris is an OVO Network property. This newly-renovated chalet for eight guests has four double bedrooms and three shower rooms, two of which are en suite.

It's set in a quiet location in the village of Alex, between the busy market town of Thônes and the medieval town of Annecy. You'll need a car, but there's great road access to the Aravis ski resorts, and you'll also be able to explore the beautiful medieval town of Annecy, with its picturesque canalised restaurants, popular markets and lakeside beaches.

The garden and huge terrace are a real highlight at Chalet Hychris - there's plenty of room for children to run around and play while the adults relax in the hot tub. Enjoy snowball fights in the winter, football in the summer or enjoy a meal on the sunny terrace.

There are two bedrooms under the eaves on the top floor, one of which has a kingsize bed throw open the doors and enjoy your morning coffee with some fresh mountain air! The other bedroom can be arranged with a kingsize or twin beds. These rooms share a shower room. The third bedroom, a kingsize / twin room on the first floor, has its own en suite shower room.

There's plenty of parking at Chalet Hychris, and although the garage is too small for a car, it provides great secure storage for bikes, pushchairs etc.

Please note that the chalet is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

PLEASE NOTE: the garden is not fully fenced, so pets and children must be supervised when playing in the garden.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
