"Had a lovely 3 night break at this property. It’s nice and spacious with comfortable beds and extremely clean. Everything necessary for self catering is there and I would thoroughly recommend it. The shower has great water pressure too (this is important to me!) Within a stones throw of a couple of pubs which both have lovely gardens on the water and serve food all day. Jump in the car and the local area has plenty to offer too. We had our dog with us and he loved the walks - no need for a car...

"The property is great - very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Communication with AirNorfolk was quick and easy as well, and the check-in couldn't have been easier.The location is the possible sticking point. It's convenient to a lot of things, it has a lovely view of the river below, but as others have mentioned it can be noisy. "Very modern. Clean nice decor. Loved having a washing machine especially after 4 weeks of travel. Just a few practical issues. Both taps in the kitchen ran hot. Our bath towels must have shrunk in the wash. They were barely bigger than our hand towel. Internet kept dropping out when there were more people staying. Shower base was very slippery. "

"Great location, handy for getting around Norwich and the grater Norfolk area, only downside was the parking, no fault of the properties but it can get expensive paying £10-£20 per day for parking. House was clean, beds were comfy. Maybe more tea towels & toilet roll could be provided but theres nothing stopping people bringing their own if needed"

"Very comfortable rooms, abundant free parking, nice toiletries and lovely staff. Location was also very convenient for visiting my family in Norwich's Golden Triangle. The only small disappointment was that we weren't able to book in for breakfast on the Sunday due to the volume of guests and short staffing of the dining area, which meant we had to go out for breakfast. "
