"I did not have time to swim as I was attending a two days Conference.
The room I was staying in looked tired and requires an upgrade but before leaving Donna was kind enough to show me other rooms including the 3 rooms in the Manor House. I liked the executive suites and that will be my choice at my next visit.
All the staff were professional and pulled out all the stops to make my stay comfortable.

"A lovely quirky hotel close to Hertfordshire University. Many food places close by however, the onsite restaurant was delicious and the staff friendly, polite and welcoming. The rooms were generous sized and well equipped for our stay. We would definitely return. "

The rollaway beds are extremely uncomfortable; they have barely any foam, and you can feel the springs digging into your back, making it unbearable to sleep. This might make me consider staying at Travelodge next time, as their beds are much more comfortable. I strongly recommend investing in new rollaway beds because the current ones are terrible. "O Hotel tem história, mas fiquei hospedada em outra ala. No dia em que cheguei me colocaram num quarto para deficiente. Mas ali havia agua quente no chuveiro. Disseram estão para eu mudar de quarto, mas no outro não havia agua quente no chuveiro. O ponto positivo foi a proximidade à warner bros."
