"Generally good, clean & well equipped. We did have problems with the shower which would only maintain temperature for approx 1 min & then would turn freezing cold. The only way to reset it was to turn it off & back on again for another 1 minute warm shower. Otherwise a nice property with comfy sofas & good value for money. "

Everything was absolutely perfect and there’s nothing we’d change, except our length of stay - if we could, we’d still be there, but not sure the hosts would want squatters on their land! "We had a lovely time at this property, ideally located - just minutes to the beach or the town with off road parking. Easy check in. Area was quiet,the house had lovely views of the sea. Very spacious with comfortable beds and lovely fresh bedding. I was concerned after seeing previous reviews about cleanliness but we found it to be very clean just need a bit of refreshing in some areas which probably gets done in low season.Nice to have enclosed garden for dog. "Very comfortable rooms, abundant free parking, nice toiletries and lovely staff. Location was also very convenient for visiting my family in Norwich's Golden Triangle. The only small disappointment was that we weren't able to book in for breakfast on the Sunday due to the volume of guests and short staffing of the dining area, which meant we had to go out for breakfast. "
