Villa Montemar is in a great central position, one street back from the waterfront which is lined with shops and places to eat and drink. The charming old town of Alcudia is a mere 5 minutes' drive away, whilst the stylish restaurants of the marina, resort centre and beautiful sandy bay are all around 10 minutes on foot. The villa has a private pool, BBQ and terraces at the front and back with plenty of space to relax. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounges, plus WiFi are included.

The position of Villa Montemar could not be better. The house sits 5 minutes' drive from Alcudia's quaint old town, 1 street back from the main thoroughfare along the seafront. There are plenty of shops, bars and chic brasseries within a few minutes' walk, with the stylish marina, beautiful sandy beach and centre of Alcudia all just 10 minutes away on foot. The marina is a particular idyllic dining venue, overlooking the luxurious boats at the waterside. Plus, for families, the popular Hidropark is nearby too.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
