The property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed across several floors. Two of the bathrooms are equipped with a shower and the third has a bathtub.



On the ground floor we find a spacious lounge with air conditioning, satellite TV and dining area, connected to a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is an independent laundry area.



On this same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed of 150 x 190 cm.



On the upper floor are the other three bedrooms, all equipped with two single beds. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and heat pump, providing comfort during any time of year.



On this floor we also find a large balcony with table and rest area. In addition, the property has a roof terrace from which you can enjoy spectacular views of the surroundings.



The exterior is one of the great attractions of Villa IBIZA. The plot is completely fenced and has a garden, outdoor furniture, terrace, a large porch with dining table and barbecue area, ideal for enjoying pleasant outdoor meals.
