Traditional country house, very quiet, just 5 km from Alcudia beach

Villa Vertent is ideal for families as well as for athletes (cyclists lovers and walkers).
It lies on the road from Pollensa to Alcudia, access is via a resident road. The side of the house and garden is fully fenced with a barrier.

It is a beautiful, quiet country house with sweeping views across the countryside towards to the distant mountains of Pollensa and Formentor.

The villa, is a lovely Mallorcan stone farmhouse, built-in typical Mallorcan style with terracotta floors.

The pool is square 7 * 6 m2 higher by a few steps from the ground, as an old pound construction took advantage, surrounded in part by plants and greenery and features a sunbathing area for 6 sunbeds. The house is about 200 m2 and built on a plot of 21,000 m2, around the house is a large lawn with trees and shrubs.

For your privacy, the area of the house and the garden is fully fenced from the rest of the farm. This villa has a new terrace with barbecue, covered by a pergola, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors, equipped with a large table and chairs, and it communicates with a covered beamed and furnished terrace ideal to sit in the shade.

The house has two floors, the front main entrance doors leads to a spacious hall in which there is a nice and typical staircase leading to first floor. On the ground floor and from the hall leads to the living room, equipped with a large wooden table, chairs and 2 large sofas, a cozy and full of personality, with access to the covered terrace on one side and the area garden on the other, where you can reach the pool. The kitchen built-in Majorcan style with beautiful tiles and borders of green and ochre that were already used in ancient times, has a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, plus the necessary utensils, microwave, coffee maker, blender etc. .. you have separate laundry area and pantry where the washing machine is, and another door which leads directly to the outdoor terrace. From the dining room also leads to the only bedroom in the ground floor, equipped with two single beds of 1.90 * 0.90, and large closet, is the smallest of the house, the view overlooking the main entrance the house. In front there is a large bathroom with walking shower (this will be ideal for those with mobility problems), decorated with small blue tiles

The staircase leads to the bedrooms on the first floor. Here is a very bright double bedroom with 3 windows with distant views of the Bay of Pollensa, and with a large wardrobe and a king size bed that, if desired, is convertible into 2 single beds. This bedroom has a safe, and it also has an en suite bathroom, decorated in a typical whitish border. To complete the upper level there is another double bedroom with two single beds of 1.90 * 0.90 , with wardrobe and views overlooking the pool, this bedroom also has an en suite bathroom decorated with blue tiles. These two bedrooms on the upper level share a terrace as well as a loft. Views from here are on the field to the bay of Pollensa and Formentor. The villa has central heating (according to season and with a supplement), plus the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning/heating . At your disposal you have cot and high chair for children, Internet access via wifi as well as towels for the pool. Maximum capacity is 6 people.
