Splendid villa, ideally located in one of the most prestigious urbanizations of the North of Mallorca : Alcanada in Alcudia. Surrounded by green hills and Mallorca's most beautiful beaches , close to the charming old towns of Pollensa and Alcudia. Stunning uninterrupted views of the Alcudia Bay; unrivalled panoramic sea views provide an atmosphere of relaxation. The house, set on 800m2 of land, with 357 m2 of living area, is close, only 100m, to the Alcanada beach and 200m from the Alcudia Golf club, benefiting from a fresh sea breeze even in the hottest months. The house has large windows and is very bright. Accommodation comprises 5 comfortable bedrooms, every one of them meticulously furnished . Spectacular sea views from most rooms and the terraces. The bedrooms have four full equipped bathrooms with shower cabin and also another one close to living room.
The house has three floors:
The main floor, which is completely renovated, comprising a spacious and bright living area furnished with ample and comfortable sofas with dining room with amazing views to the Alcudia bay and the Mediterranean sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a pantry and connects to a terrace, perfect for outdoor dining with a bar area and ample table up to ten people. The very spacious covered outdoor dining area with seating is perfect for meals al fresco whilst enjoying the fabulous views and there is a Weber gas BBQ. There is also another and more romantic terrace. On this floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a cloakroom.
The other four bedrooms are downstairs: The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with jacuzzy and shower. There are two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. These rooms have access to a terrace with sea and pool views. On the ground floor you can find the pool , with a smaller pool for kids, a comfortable and intimate chill out area with candles and gazebo offering shade, a spacious sun deck and hot water shower. Large pool, totally reformed, with salt water, close to the chill out area. The pool also has a children's area.

Nowadays, we have taken some hygiene and sanitary security measures (covid-19)
Our goal is making our clients feel safe in hygiene, sanitary and health related matters. We have a documented cleaning procedure, according to the covid-19 prevention and hygiene measures indicated by the Spanish Health Authorities.
Cleaning and disinfection plan:
- Cleaning will be carried out by qualified and previously trained workers.
- The level of thorough cleaning and disinfection of floors, windows, furniture, equipment, decorative and functional elements is increased with special attention to the areas of greatest contact like surfaces, knobs, sinks, faucets, handles, doors, keys, wc discharge button, hangers, hair dryer, kitchen amenities…
- Ventilation/prolonged aeration of the whole house.
- Bed linen- textiles will be carefully collected and placed in a closed bag until treatment in the laundry.
- Cleaning will be carried out with specific cleaning products and also disinfectants in safe conditions, for example, freshly prepared dilution of bleach ( chlorine concentration 1 g/L, prepared with dilution 1:50 of a concentration bleach 40-50 gr/L). 62-71% ethanol concentrations are also effective or 0,5 % hydrogen peroxide in one minute, as well as using other methods authorized and of proven effectiveness, always in accordance with the safety measures.
- The cleaning will be carried out in safety conditions with material of sanitary protection: gloves, mask and daily washing at least at 60ºC of uniforms and clothing job.
- After cleaning and disinfecting the house, clean sheets and towels will be put on . They must have been washed and disinfected at least at 60ºC.
- The bathrooms will have hand soap, amenities and toilet paper and in the kitchen there will be cleaning products, dishwashing detergent, paper kitchen towels and napkins. The clients will also have detergent to the washing machine.
