Its 200 m² offer space and comfort for up to 8 people, with everything you need to settle in and start unwinding from day one.

The sleeping area includes four double bedrooms. One of them has an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, as well as breathtaking sea views. The other three bedrooms don't have independent air conditioning, but are efficiently cooled and heated by the air conditioning system in the living room and kitchen, which seamlessly reaches the entire sleeping area.

The living room is spacious and bright, with two sofas, a pair of armchairs, and air conditioning to ensure you're comfortable even on the hottest days. The kitchen, equipped with essential everyday appliances, also has air conditioning, helping to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout the home.

Outside, a manicured garden with an outdoor dining area and a private pool surrounded by sun loungers awaits. All this, set against the backdrop of the sea, so that every moment—from breakfast to your last swim—is purely Mediterranean.

Air conditioning:

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot/cold air conditioning units in the main bedroom and the living room.
