"Uns hat die Wohnung gut gefallen. Die Wohnzimmer Möbel sind schon in gebrauchten Zustand, liegt vielleicht auch am Material. Badezimmer und Küche sind in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Die Balkontür haben wir am Anfang nur sehr schlecht aufbekommen, diese würde aber nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur sofort repariert. Toller Service."

"Auch wenn es kalt wird gibt es genug Decken, mobile Heizkörper und einen offenen Kamin. Die Fliesenböden sind sehr praktisch, man sollte doch an dicke Socken oder an Hausschuhe denken. Umso länger man bleibt umso schöner kommen die vielen Vorzüge vom Haus zum Vorschein. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Sonnenaufgang ist wunderbar und der Strand top!"

Morgens auf die riesige Terrasse zu treten und diese Aussicht zu genießen, hat definitiv etwas.Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut und freundlich. Da gibt's nix zu beanstanden.Problematisch hingegen ist schon eher der Zustand des Hauses. "We had an amazing three days in Alcudia thanks to this well-appointed, immaculate, centrally located, home inside the walls of Old Town. Pedro gave us incredible tips on food and all the local beaches and sights. It was like having a personal tour guide of the area. This town is so sweet and I am grateful to Pedro for his kindness and attention to detail. Will visit again and recommend! "

"House is nice. Perfect to stay with our kids (2 and 4 y old). Well equipped for kids (baby chair, baby bed, baby dishes, toys and a small plastic house for kids in the garden). Very quiet area in the middle of the pin trees and few steps away from two very nice beaches-walking distance. Beds are good. Kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms correct. 5 minutes away from Alcuda city center by car and 10-15 minutes by bike. We could swim in th sea every day in early May. Very nice stay. Easy arrival and...

"O lugar é muito bonito e muito próximo ao centro e ao centro histórico. A proprietária tem uma piscina maravilhosa. No entanto, meu quarto era no térreo e com o teto muito baixo, sem ventilação no banheiro. Havia um cheiro estranho e o ar condicionado ficou ligando e desligando o tempo todo durante a noite, fazendo barulho. Deve ser uma programação deles para economizar energia. É oferecido um café da manhã por 7 euros. Gostei bastante. E precisa deixar um depósito em dinheiro, no valor de 50 euros, que é devolvido depois se nada for danificado no quarto. "
