"Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. "

" This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!"

Zahlen konnte man in mehren Teilraten per Paypal oder Kreditkarte. Auf der Buchungsseite wurden drei Tage vor Reisebeginn Check-In-Deteils angegeben und man konnte die Ankunftszeit in Palma angeben und der Eigentümer hat sich telefonisch direkt nach Ankunft am Flughafen bei mir telefonisch gemeldet. Man kann im Wohnzimmer auf er Couch schlafen aber schöner für alle ist es, wenn man die Zimmer nutzt. Der Pool ist in der Größe und Machart wirklich sehr schön. Der Besitzer Toni (das ist nicht der Vermittler und auch nicht FEWO) kümmert sich um den Pool und kommt daher regelmäßig. "The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island.
