"Very clean and well designed. The heated pools were also nice. Well stocked gift shop. Breakfast included + Its also within walking distance to many things."

"Front desk receptionist were extremely kind and made the trip stress free, Cindy and Marcy were amazing Breakfast as great, dinner was great!"

"Absolutely loved our stay at Club Mill Lodge! It has tons of space and the most beautiful pool. The only thing I wish the hotel had was a restaurant but you are so close to town."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Only improvements needed are that the staff in the kitchen at breakfast were not able to answer questions about food allergies such as if nuts were in the muffins. They need to be able to find those answers or get training on it. Also our room was right by an emergency door so we kept getting woken up by loud slamming doors early in the am. Overall I think it's a good hotel and a nice location in TN so I would recommend it and...

"At first glance we were not impressed, BUT the room was very clean, the bed was wonderfully comfortable and the staff was awesome. It really is a sweet hotel with unlimited apple cider as a bonus. We would absolutely stay again."

"Room (accessible) was nice and roomy. Floor was dirty, with food crumbs, napkins, and someone's lost charger. Nice having a kitchenette. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Ample parking and close to shopping, amusements, etc. Rate was fair. Staff fairly nonexistent, and generally didn't acknowledge you unless checking in/out or asking a question. Didn't use pool(outdoor) due to time of year."

"Paid extra for advanced room on a higher floor. Was given room with poor view and 2 queen beds. After going to front desk to explain, we were given a smaller room on the 2 floor. Handicap accessible. Poor service"

"Excelente "

"Central location but room was next to noisy elevator"

"This is our go to place when we come down. Love it."

"Everything was great and as described!"

"Ótima localização porém o barulho incomodava um pouco. No primeiro dia tinha uma família conversando alto as 2h da manhã. Não fique em quartos perto do elevador… muito barulhento. "

"Horrível, 3 noites sem dormir, aonde se coloca uma maquina de ar condicionado dentro do quarto, e pior, vc nao pode controlar nada, pq ela é automaticamente ligada, vc nao pode controlar o mesmo "

"The Fairfield was clean, new looking and conveniently located to our interests. The room was spacious and upscale. The common areas were spacious with plenty of room in the breakfast area. We will for sure consider the Fairfield on our next stay in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area."

"GREAT place for a reasonable price. Amazing pool, very good breakfast. Will be my go-to choice for Pigeon Forge from now on."
