Ground floor apartment in a beautiful holiday villa in the Italian marina of Alcamo which has a wonderful swimming pool. The sea is just a few steps from the house and everything you need for a successful family holiday is available. You will find a fully-equipped kitchen and a complete set of cookware. Welcome kit with salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, cold water in the fridge, wine and the basket of fresh seasonal fruits, tablecloths and tea towels. You can also find planned and usable excursions in the surrounding area with a paid rental car with a multilingual driver.

The villa is located in Sicily, not far from Palermo. You can spread out your beach towel for a pleasant and lazy day at the beach. Furthermore, on the coast there are numerous bars and restaurants where you can spend your evenings.

The house has no architectural barriers but is not suitable for wheelchair users. No problem for people with reduced mobility. private parking in the structure with 4 parking spaces.
