Casa das Pérgolas is more than a beach house, it is an extremely confortable house in summer or winter, making it a perfect year-round peaceful retreat.
The house was designed by The Portuguese architect duo MIMA Housing that was awarded in 2013 the “Building of the Year Award” by ArchDaily and featured in several international architecture magazines such as Dezeen and Archilovers.

Our brand new house is located in Brejos da Carregueira de Cima, a 5-minute drive away from the beaches of Carvalhal, Pego and Comporta. You can also rent a bike nearby and access secluded beaches which are not easily accessible by car. The well preserved natural reserve of pine forest right in front of our house is perfect for a morning walk.

There are three bedrooms. Two of them are spacious and have a double queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is smaller (9 sqm excluding closet and corridor), has two single beds and its own bathroom with shower (not en-suite).

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large terrace with outdoor dining area, swimming pool (3x10m, 1.75m deep) and sunbathing chairs. There is no fence around the swimming pool, use at your own risk!
The whole house has radiant floor heating. Wi-Fi and satelite TV are available. This house has Energy Performance Certification A+.

This is a small and quiet neighbourhood in Comporta. It is a 5-minute drive away from the best beaches in the region and from beautiful rice fields through which you can walk or bike.
In front of our house there is a large natural reserve perfect for birdwatching, running or simply relaxed walks.
There are a surf school, a horse riding school and a bike rental service nearby.
The nearest airport is Lisboa Humberto Delgado airport, located 59 km away from the home.
