"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we checked in, we knew it was going to be a quiet and relaxing long weekend. House was clean and very comfortable. The view was amazing especially at sunrise. We had one minor hiccup. We accidentally set off the smoke dectors and couldn't shut them off. Called Josie and she was over to help us out immediately. We were sad to leave but if our lives ever take us back to Alburgh, VT we will definitely rent this beautiful house again."

"What a wonderful quiet, charming home right on the water. House was clean, linens smelled freshly laundered, beds were super comfy and there were very thoughtful amenities like bug spray, coffee, water bottles in the fridge, and even a bag of local maple snacks. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely hope to stay here again!"

"This house truly lived up to its name, with gorgeous sunsets every evening. We loved the lake access, game room, and the giant lawn for hanging out and playing lawn games. The water entry is rocky (recommend water shoes for sure) but the water was warm and we spent tons of time in the lake. "We booked this rental to get away from our busy lives and relax and this was perfect for us. The balcony is where we spent hours and hours just watching the sun set, reading books, drinking coffee and wine. The location was perfect for us because our only agenda was to relax. We did find a fantastic winery, a few towns to explore, and a sandy beach (dune) that we had all to ourselves to celebrate our anniversary. Also I’m not too proud to say the couches provided the perfect naps, pure heaven. "
