"This is an adorable, wonderfully retro-themed motel. You can tell it was renovated with thought and whimsy. Very, very comfortable and sparkling clean. You can tell that the cleaning staff truly cares about the property and their guests. Wonderful place to stay in Albuquerque. Close to university and hospital. Highly recommend."
"What a beautiful property! Staff is friendly and helpful; food is excellent from the main level dining room/bar to the upscale Bien Shur restaurant on the top floor with stunning views and exceptional food; great wine list with incredible values. Rooms are spacious and clean and well appointed. Can’t beat the views! "
"Only complaint we have is that we were not told upon check in that you have to request for your room to be cleaned on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We had two children under the age of 9. Other then that we enjoyed our first time stay at this hotel "
"This hotel was not really our style of hotel, but was clean and comfortable. When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. In the end, Nancy from the front desk moved us to a suite...
