"The room was clean and in good condition. The towels were super soft, and the bed was nice. Good outlet access and decent TV streaming options. The AC didn’t reach the sofa front room properly and tended to be much warmer than the room with the king bed. During the stay, there were several times the water was shut off without warning for maintenance and I had to call front desk to find out why. Lobby and hallways were always uncomfortably warm. "We stayed at the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North from May 23–26, 2026. The hotel itself is beautiful, but several issues made the experience disappointing. Customer service at the front desk was very inconsistent. One employee was genuinely kind and helpful, but most others seemed uninterested or annoyed when helping guests. We called ahead multiple times to verify that we could purchase breakfast for one day even without the breakfast package, and we were told yes each time. But when we went...
