Located along the scenic Bosque bike/walk path, this cozy haven offers a perfect blend of tranquility and proximity to some of Albuquerque's most iconic attractions. Once inside, you'll be greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance of the Cactus Flower theme, where tasteful southwest decor creates a calming atmosphere.

The Space:

The front yard parking area is shared with two other units on the property. The property is completely fenced and gated; each unit does have its own designated parking space. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, making it easy to whip up a home-cooked meal or simply enjoy a quick snack. Start your day with complimentary breakfast snacks and savor your favorite brew with the provided coffee and tea. Stay hydrated with complimentary water and beverages, ensuring you have everything you need for a refreshing stay.

The two bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for a restful night's sleep, featuring cozy bedding and ample storage space. The bathroom boasts Southwestern accents, enhancing the overall theme of the space.

Guest Access:

One of the highlights of this home is the private hot tub, where you can soak away your cares under the vast New Mexico sky. After a day of exploring the nearby Bosque bike/walk path or visiting attractions such as the Bio Park Zoo, the duck and fishing ponds (Tingley Beach), this outdoor oasis provides the perfect retreat. For those who love outdoor cooking, a grill is at your disposal, allowing you to whip up your favorite barbecue delights. Gather around the outdoor fireplace in the evening, sharing stories and laughter under the stars. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of adventure.

The Neighborhood:

Barelas is a historic inner-city neighborhood of Albuquerque. It is located immediately south of Downtown. It was originally a separate village absorbed into Albuquerque during the railroad-fueled growth of the 1880s but still retains a distinct identity. Established in 1662, it is the oldest city in ABQ.

Getting Around:

You will have your own private driveway right in front of the casita. You can park 2 vehicles single file in the driveway.
