Albuquerque Oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out, and also great spaces for us to spend time together. We especially enjoyed the water features and the patio areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Space

My husband and I and our 8 kids stayed here for one night. We all loved the magical backyard area with the little waterfall and pond. It was nice and quiet and peaceful back there. The kids loved the little court yard in the front and it was a nice safe space for them to play. Everything was clean and well put together. The kitchen was well stocked! I was sad we were only staying one night, it would have been pleasant to stay in for longer!

Disappointed

House needs a lot of tender care. Lights were going off and on. Wiring should be checked before there is a fire. Shower head on guest bathroom is very low. Dust was on furniture. Faucet in kitchenv was about to fall off. Would not recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home! Comfortable stay! Enough room for our family! Would definitely stay here again if needing to stay in Albuquerque again. The cars from the main road can be kind of noisy but the house itself is really nice and the backyard is super cute! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Thanksgiving!

My family spent the Thanksgiving weekend in this wonderful home. It is very spacious and we particularly loved the open kitchen/living area. We cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner and the well stocked kitchen provided all the items we needed. The double oven was great for such a large meal. The outdoor areas are so nice. Unfortunately it was pretty chilly so we werenā€™t able to enjoy them as much as we would have liked. The location was great and close to several really great restaurants. We definitely recommend this house if you are ever in the Albuquerque area.

Good location and layout

House was very cute. Nice outdoor spaces and hang out spaces. Loved the layout and courtyard When we arrived, it had been cold and snowing and there was no heat for first night. Owner was aware ans brought in electric heaters before we got there but it was not enough and kept blowing circuit. We didnt know where electric pannel was first night or two because in unexpected location outside. Owner returned communication next morning that it was in the backyard around wall. The back bathroom hor water was opposite so we thought we didn't have hot water in one bathroom until last day. It would have been good to have instructions on this and electric box. Also one toilet got plugged one day and there was so plunger and we did not want to use that roilet the rest of the time.

Awesome home

The house was awesome and spacious, peaceful and quiet. Even playing our loud dance party music inside, it could not be heard outside (I kept checking). We had a great time and the beds were comfortable. The backyard was green and the sound of the pond was relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property but lacked adequate AC for summer heat

5 adults and 2 children stayed for 6 nights. You know the air conditioner isn't going to be adequate when you walk in and there is a box or stand fan in every living area and bedroom. Falling asleep was difficult on hotter days for the 5 adults because it wasn't cool enough. Didn't care for the background noise of fans constantly running. The property description states that "onsite parking includes a garage". We had no access to the garage and were told the description was wrong. The description is still wrong a week later.

Absolutely Lovely

This place was wonderful. So clean and a great floor plan. We only stayed one night on our way through Albuquerque, but it would have been perfect for a longer stay. It was perfect for our family. The outdoor spaces were great too.

Hidden treat!

Great surprises behind the blue door! Our family of 5 adults loved the courtyard and backyard. Plenty of room for us to spread out and find our own space. Took us a bit to master all of the light switches, and had to supplement AC with fans in every room (provided), but really enjoyed this spacious and unique getaway. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen had everything we needed. Made easy 15-20 minute drives to restaurants, Sandia Peak, Nob Hill, and Old Town plaza.

What a lovely and restful home! There are lovely garden spaces, a fountain in the front courtyard, and a koi pond with a waterfall in the back yard. We loved our time there.

This home was perfect for our multigenerational family of 6 adults. Everything updated, comfortable, and clean. We arrived after dark but enjoyed the well- kept courtyard garden.

Fathers Day weekend

We stayed for a week and we definitely had space to spread out! There are multiple areas inside and out to relax. Feeding the fish every morning was a great way to start the day. The hot temperatures outside did mean the house didnā€™t stay as cool - there are lots of windows and the sunlight would stream in during the day. We did correspond with the owners and they were prompt in responding and getting someone out to check the evaporative cooler. Fortunately there were a number of box fans that helped keep things comfortable for sleeping. We would definitely stay here again. Safe and quiet neighborhood and close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc.
