Dear David, I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant experience. Being on route 66 people do cruise clinging to the nostalgia that it brings them and we usually do not get many complaints of noise. I will have maintenance take a look at the shades in that room to see how we can better the blocking out of light and the other issues with the pool. The linen that we get is from a 3rd party supplier, but they are all wrapped and stored appropriately. We absolutely do care how you sleep. Dear Cesar, While looking on the system, the issue was resolved within 10 minutes of checking into the room as well as a guest service agent walked the new keys over to your wife. I'm not familiar with settling into a room within 10 minutes. I do also recall your previous stay when explained that you did not prepay the room, yet you still fought on stating that you did which extended the check in process. Yes, mistakes do happen, however when they are fixed promptly, no compensation is to be rewarded. I hope you have a wonderful day.
