This is a villa with traditional character — warm, welcoming, and made for unhurried living. While it’s not about modern luxury, the house provides everything you need for a relaxed and memorable stay.
The villa offers 3 double bedrooms (one with space for an extra bed) and 1 twin bedroom, along with 4 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone. The dining and sitting area is a comfortable space to come together, and the fully equipped kitchen invites you to enjoy home-cooked meals.
Outside, the spacious grounds are made for making memories. Take a dip in the above-ground pool, stretch out on one of the 6 lounge chairs, enjoy a quiet moment under the sun umbrella, or grill dinner on the BBQ for a laid-back evening in the garden.
Practical and cozy, the villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms, plus a fireplace and fan in the living room to keep things comfortable year-round. There’s also plenty of parking space for your convenience.
Conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of an ALDI supermarket, as well as cafés, restaurants, and car rental services, you’ll have everything you need close by. A short drive or walk will also take you to banks, a bakery, a pharmacy, and other useful local spots — making your stay smooth and stress-free.
Casa Charlotte may be simple, but its genuine charm, thoughtful amenities, and tranquil setting create an inviting haven — perfect for embracing a slower pace of life or blending work with relaxation.
Location: Villa Namibe is located in Quinta da Balaia, a peaceful residential area with wide streets and lush greenery. It’s great for walking, jogging, or strolling to the beach or supermarket without needing a car. Its central location makes it easy to explore the Algarve — from east to west and even up to Lisbon via direct access routes.
Nearby, you’ll find stunning beaches like Praia de Santa Eulália and Praia da Falésia, with Galé and Salgados a short drive away. Essentials are close at hand: an Aldi supermarket is 3 minutes by car (or a 10-minute walk), with shops, cafés, and restaurants in Santa Eulália and Olhos D’Água. Albufeira’s Old Town is just 10 minutes away by car.
It’s a fantastic base for family holidays or group getaways. There’s no shortage of activities — from water parks like Aquashow to Zoomarine’s marine shows and aquariums, or jeep safaris exploring the rural Algarve. Golf lovers will find courses nearby, and outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy cycling, horse riding, and more.
If you enjoy exploring traditional Algarve towns, don’t miss Loulé (famous for its market), Paderne, Alte, or Silves — each with unique character, natural beauty, and a slower pace of life.
The Albufeira Marina is also just a few minutes away and offers sea adventures such as dolphin-watching, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and parasailing — all with the ocean and nature as your backdrop.
Access: Villa Namibe is accessed through a garden gate leading from a cobbled pathway off the main complex road, which offers plenty of parking spaces. Please note that the pathway is uneven and continues to the front of the villa. The annex has a separate entrance.
Booking Policy: We do not accept bookings from groups aged 23 or under, including minors under 18, even if the reservation is made by a parent or guardian. End-of-year trips, stag, and hen party groups are also not accepted.
Security Deposit: A €1000 security deposit is required per booking and must be paid at least one day before arrival.
The deposit may be partially or fully withheld in the following cases:
- Broken, damaged, or missing items - Stains on towels, bed linen, cushions, or sun lounger covers (e.g. from sunscreen or makeup) - Excessive mess or cleaning required after checkout - Noise disturbances, parties, or unregistered guests
If any deductions are needed, we’ll let you know — and of course, any remaining balance will be refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of checkout.
Electric Vehicles: Guests must not charge electric vehicles without prior permission. Charging vehicles will incur an additional cost.

Long-Term & Winter Stays: Stays of 28+ nights are welcome from early October to mid-May; A €1200 security deposit is required per booking and must be paid at least one day before arrival; An inventory will be completed at check-in and checked again at departure; Weekly cleaning with linens & towels is mandatory: €50/week; Utilities included up to €150/month; excess is charged by meter readings.
Additional Terms - Same damage policy as short stays applies. - No refunds for early departures (force majeure not covered). - Minor maintenance may take place during your stay. - Pool is unheated but available year-round. - Subletting is not permitted. - Guest limit must always be respected. - Mid-stay inspections may apply for stays over 4 weeks.
