Villa Namibe offers traditional charm in a spacious setting, tucked away in Quinta da Balaia and surrounded by pine trees and mature gardens. It's the perfect spot for families or friends seeking a peaceful retreat, just a 20-minute walk from Praia de Santa Eulália and close to amenities and some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches.
The villa has 4 bedrooms: two on the ground floor (a double with en suite and a twin with a separate bathroom), and two in the lower-level annex (a double and a twin) that share a bathroom. These annex rooms have direct access to a terrace that connects to the pool area. An extra bed can be added to each of the lower-level bedrooms if needed.
Inside, there’s a spacious lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace, TV, and dining area next to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances — perfect for preparing and sharing meals. All rooms have air conditioning, and there’s 500mbps Wi-Fi throughout the house, including both porch areas, making it ideal for remote work or streaming.
Step outside to enjoy the large private pool, sun loungers, a BBQ, and a dining table with a sun umbrella — perfect for sunny afternoons and laid-back evenings. A smaller terrace and garden by the annex offer additional space for quiet moments, all surrounded by the natural calm of tall pine trees.
Location:
Villa Namibe is located in Quinta da Balaia, a peaceful residential area with wide streets and lush greenery. It’s great for walking, jogging, or strolling to the beach or supermarket without needing a car. Its central location makes it easy to explore the Algarve — from east to west and even up to Lisbon via direct access routes.
Nearby, you’ll find stunning beaches like Praia de Santa Eulália and Praia da Falésia, with Galé and Salgados a short drive away. Essentials are close at hand: an Aldi supermarket is 3 minutes by car (or a 10-minute walk), with shops, cafés, and restaurants in Santa Eulália and Olhos D’Água. Albufeira’s Old Town is just 10 minutes away by car.
It’s a fantastic base for family holidays or group getaways. There’s no shortage of activities — from water parks like Aquashow to Zoomarine’s marine shows and aquariums, or jeep safaris exploring the rural Algarve. Golf lovers will find courses nearby, and outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy cycling, horse riding, and more.
If you enjoy exploring traditional Algarve towns, don’t miss Loulé (famous for its market), Paderne, Alte, or Silves — each with unique character, natural beauty, and a slower pace of life.
The Albufeira Marina is also just a few minutes away and offers sea adventures such as dolphin-watching, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and parasailing — all with the ocean and nature as your backdrop.
Access:
Villa Namibe is accessed through a garden gate leading from a cobbled pathway off the main complex road, which offers plenty of parking spaces. Please note that the pathway is uneven and continues to the front of the villa. The annex has a separate entrance.
Security Deposit:
A €500 deposit is required per reservation. If all guests are aged 25 or under, the deposit is €100 per guest. Payment must be completed at least one day before arrival.
We kindly ask guests to treat the house with care and report any damages during their stay so we have time to address them before the next guests arrive. The deposit covers accidental damage, such as broken or missing items, or stains on towels, bed linen, cushions, or sun lounger covers caused by beauty products (like sunscreen or makeup). It may also apply if the property is left unusually messy.
If any deductions are needed, we’ll let you know — and of course, any remaining balance will be refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of checkout.

Charging electric vehicles is not allowed without prior permission. Additional costs apply.

If you plan to use the sun loungers, please bring beach towels — sitting directly on them isn’t allowed. Bath towels are for indoor use only, as sunscreen and oil stains are difficult to remove. Beach towel rental/purchase options are listed above.

Long Term Stays
Long stays (28+ nights) are welcome from early October to mid-May. A €500 deposit is required before check-in. An inventory will be shared at check-in and reviewed thoroughly at checkout. The same damage policy as for short stays applies (see above). Weekly cleaning is required and includes linens and towels: €50/week, paid in advance. Utilities are included up to €150/month; any excess will be charged based on meter readings. Subletting is not permitted, and the guest limit must be respected throughout the stay. Mid-stay inspections may occur for bookings over 4 weeks. Please enquire before booking if you have any questions about this policy.
