Villa description

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area.

There is a private pool where you can cool off from the midday sun and a terrace with sun loungers to relax on and spend a lazy day around the pool. The brick BBQ is to the side of the pool witch is a great place to cook your favourite food. The table and chairs are under a shaded part of the terrace wich is ideal for alfresco dining and respite from the sun. There is also an outdoor WC for your convenience.

Entrance
There is a gated entrance to the property with off road parking available for your hire car. The main entrance to the villa is at the front and opens into the hallway.

Living space
The open plan lounge and dining area has a light and airy feel. There is confortable sitting where you can put your feet up and watch a spot of TV, whilst to one side is the dining table and chairs for entertraining your party. There is also a coffee table, and the patio doors provide direct access to the pool terrace.
Additional terrace

There are adicional terraces on the first floor, acessed via the hallway at the top of the stairs, great for reading or just simply relaxing.

Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen has all you need for preparing that all important holiday food. There’s a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your morning cup of tea. Adjacent there is a utility room and access to the side of the villa.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom which has bright furnishings, a separate bathroom and access to the side of the villa. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and the other overlooking the pool. Both rooms have a private terrace which is an ideal place to start the morning with a a refreshing drink. There is 1 separate bathroom completing this area.
