The Space:
Inside the vila, you'll find lots of natural light from the patio doors - leading out onto the terraces. From the entrance, you'll walk into a comfortable lounge / dining room where you'll find a smart TV as well as a DVD player and free wifi.
The kitchen is open, fresh, clean, white, with modern appliances including a dishwasher.
Ground Floor:
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor.
Bedroom #1:
In the first master bedroom, you'll find an oasis of a King size bed. Above the headboard you'll discover a hand painted mandala - creating the most peaceful and romantic of atmospheres. You'll also discover 2 large sliding glass doors leading out to the crystal clear, blue tiled pool, with an additional private terrace. And this 1st Master Bedroom also has a private ensuite with bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom #2:
The second bedroom on the main floor is a two (single) bed, sunny, bedroom - with large built-in wardrobes and has a bathroom across the hall with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Upper Floor:
As you walk up the marble stairs to the upper floor, you'll find a quaint sitting area and to the left is the entrance to the large rooftop patio with views across the surrounding countryside.
Bedroom #3:
This bright and inviting bedroom has 2 single beds that look out over the property via the patio doors which lead to a private balcony with cozy seating areas, nooks and a lovely view of the large back yard and beautiful palm trees. This bedroom also has a full bathroom with double shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom #4:
The final bedroom in Casa Das Palmeiras is another Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed, in a retro 70's theme. While you relax in bed, you'll watch the stars through the sliding doors beside you that lead out to another private balcony - directly over the pool and terrace. All the bedrooms have built in cabinets and closets, with plenty of storage and hangers. It also boasts a lovely walk-in, open concept shower for two, modern sink, toilet and bidet for your enjoyment.
This vila (in the private gated community) was used as a part of a larger retreat centre and is now ideal for large family gatherings and reunions... We welcome children of all ages.
In addition, there are many outdoor seating areas and cozy corners for reading, meditation or to simply relax.

• Check-in after 15:30
• Check-out by 10:30am
• Max capacity is 8 adults and 1 baby bed
• No stags/stagette, hen parties allowed
• All Adult Event Parties/loud events will be asked to leave (we are a family oriented environment)
• Small dogs are allowed with prior written approval by the owners and delivery of pet deposit. Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside at all times. All eliminations must be cleaned up by the pet's owners prior to departure.
• NO SMOKING INSIDE ALLOWED - For allergies, this is strictly a smoke FREE Vila.
• Quiet times in the Algarve are 12pm (midnight) to 8am

This secluded private estate is set back from the road that leads to the impressive sandy coves of Castelo Beach. There are several superb alternative beaches also within an easy 4 minute drive by car, uber, cab - including Albufeira and its thriving resort community just 10 minutes away.

The villa comes with its own manual, complete with details of the best restaurants, taxis, local amenities and activities. And of course, our Villa's managers are on hand to make sure you love your holiday and will desire to return year after year.
